About the Programme

Bal Kala Vikas Programme is an initiative of Surendra Pal Joshi Kala Smriti Trust, Jaipur, aimed at providing structured and creative art education to children through selected schools and learning centres in Jaipur.

The programme seeks to encourage creativity, imagination, observation and artistic expression among children and provide them with opportunities to develop their artistic abilities. The programme will culminate in the selection, exhibition and recognition of outstanding artworks created by participating children.

Position

Art Teacher – Bal Kala Vikas Programme

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Nature of Engagement: Part-Time / Programme-Based Engagement

The selected Art Teacher will be responsible for conducting regular art classes at schools and learning centres assigned by the Trust, as per the programme schedule.

Who Can Apply?

•⁠  ⁠BFA / MFA / Diploma in Fine Arts or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. 

•⁠  ⁠Experienced practising artists with relevant experience in drawing, painting or visual arts may also apply. 

•⁠  ⁠Candidates with experience in teaching art to children will be preferred. 

•⁠  ⁠Fresh Fine Arts graduates with a genuine interest in working with children are also encouraged to apply. 

•⁠  ⁠Candidates should have a creative, patient and child-friendly approach, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Art Teacher will:

•⁠  ⁠Conduct regular drawing, painting and creative art classes for children. 

•⁠  ⁠Encourage children to develop their creativity, imagination, observation and artistic expression. 

•⁠  ⁠Guide children in creating artworks using the art materials provided by the Trust. 

•⁠  ⁠Maintain a basic record of children’s participation and artworks. 

•⁠  ⁠Assist in the collection, documentation and preservation of artworks. 

•⁠  ⁠Support the Trust in the jury selection, exhibition and recognition programme. 

•⁠  ⁠Follow the programme schedule and guidelines of the Surendra Pal Joshi Kala Smriti Trust.

Selection Process

Application & CV Screening → Portfolio Review → Personal Interaction / Interview → Demonstration Class, if required

Final selection will be made by the Surendra Pal Joshi Kala Smriti Trust based on the candidate's suitability for the programme and ability to work effectively with children.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be determined by the Trust based on the candidate's qualification, experience, responsibilities and overall engagement under the programme. Final terms will be discussed with the selected candidate.

कार्यक्रम के बारे में

सुरेंद्र पाल जोशी कला स्मृति ट्रस्ट, जयपुर द्वारा बाल कला विकास कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य जरूरतमंद और कम सुविधा वाले बच्चों को कला की शिक्षा और अपनी प्रतिभा को आगे बढ़ाने का अवसर देना है।

इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जयपुर के चुने हुए स्कूलों और शिक्षण केंद्रों में बच्चों को ड्राइंग, पेंटिंग और अन्य रचनात्मक कला गतिविधियाँ सिखाई जाएंगी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान बच्चों द्वारा बनाई गई अच्छी कलाकृतियों को एकत्र किया जाएगा। बाद में उनका चयन किया जाएगा और चुनी गई कलाकृतियों की प्रदर्शनी एवं सम्मान कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाएगा।

कला शिक्षक – बाल कला विकास कार्यक्रम

कार्य की प्रकृति: अंशकालिक / कार्यक्रम के अनुसार कार्य

चयनित कला शिक्षक को ट्रस्ट द्वारा निर्धारित स्कूलों और शिक्षण केंद्रों में बच्चों को नियमित रूप से कला की कक्षाएँ देनी होंगी।

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

•⁠  ⁠BFA / MFA / Diploma in Fine Arts या इसके समान कोई मान्य योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवार। 

•⁠  ⁠ड्राइंग, पेंटिंग या कला के क्षेत्र में अच्छा अनुभव रखने वाले कार्यरत कलाकार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों को कला सिखाने का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। 

•⁠  ⁠नए BFA/MFA/Diploma उम्मीदवार, जिन्हें बच्चों के साथ काम करने में रुचि है, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। 

•⁠  ⁠उम्मीदवार का व्यवहार धैर्यपूर्ण, रचनात्मक और बच्चों के साथ आसानी से काम करने वाला होना चाहिए। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों को सरल तरीके से समझाने और कला गतिविधियाँ करवाने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

मुख्य काम

चयनित कला शिक्षक को:

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों को ड्राइंग, पेंटिंग और रचनात्मक कला सिखानी होगी। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों की रचनात्मकता, कल्पना और कला की समझ को बढ़ाने का प्रयास करना होगा। 

•⁠  ⁠ट्रस्ट द्वारा दी गई कला सामग्री से बच्चों को काम करवाना होगा। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों की उपस्थिति और उनके द्वारा बनाए गए काम का सामान्य रिकॉर्ड रखना होगा। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों की अच्छी कलाकृतियों को सुरक्षित रखने और एकत्र करने में सहयोग करना होगा। 

•⁠  ⁠चुनी गई कलाकृतियों की जूरी, प्रदर्शनी और सम्मान कार्यक्रम में सहयोग करना होगा। 

•⁠  ⁠ट्रस्ट द्वारा तय कार्यक्रम और समय-सारणी के अनुसार काम करना होगा।

ट्रस्ट की ओर से क्या दिया जाएगा?

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों के लिए आवश्यक कला सामग्री ट्रस्ट द्वारा दी जाएगी। 

•⁠  ⁠स्कूलों और शिक्षण केंद्रों के साथ कार्यक्रम का समन्वय ट्रस्ट द्वारा किया जाएगा। 

•⁠  ⁠शिक्षक को कार्यक्रम के बारे में आवश्यक जानकारी और मार्गदर्शन दिया जाएगा। 

•⁠  ⁠बच्चों की कलाकृतियों को एकत्र करने, सुरक्षित रखने और अंतिम प्रदर्शनी की तैयारी में ट्रस्ट सहयोग करेगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया

उम्मीदवारों का चयन निम्न चरणों के आधार पर किया जाएगा:

आवेदन और CV की जाँच → पोर्टफोलियो देखना → बातचीत / इंटरव्यू → जरूरत होने पर डेमो क्लास

अंतिम चयन सुरेंद्र पाल जोशी कला स्मृति ट्रस्ट द्वारा किया जाएगा।

मानदेय

मानदेय उम्मीदवार की योग्यता, अनुभव और उसे दिए जाने वाले काम के अनुसार ट्रस्ट द्वारा तय किया जाएगा। अंतिम मानदेय और कार्य की शर्तें चयनित उम्मीदवार के साथ बातचीत के बाद तय की जाएंगी।
