All India Young Artist Exhibition 2026 - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
-
Participants must be between 18 to 35 years of age.
-
Open to all Indian artists and foreign artists residing in India.
-
Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
2. Submission
-
Each participant may submit up to 3 artworks.
-
Accepted file formats: JPG / PNG (maximum 10 MB per file).
-
High-resolution images (300 DPI recommended) are required.
-
File names must include:
Artist Name, Artwork Title, Medium, Size, Year
3. Medium / Categories
-
Painting
-
Drawing
-
Graphics
-
Digital Art
4. Originality
-
All artworks must be original creations of the artist.
-
Previously awarded or copied works will not be accepted.
5. Entry Fee
• ₹100/- per online entry (non-refundable).
• Payment will be accepted only through online mode.
• The amount of ₹100/- is collected for the purpose of supporting artists/young artists and promoting art. The amount is not collected
with the objective of earning any commercial profit.
6. Jury Process

A two-level jury system will be followed:

Level 1: Selection

Level 2: Awards
-

The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
7. Selection & Exhibition
-
Only selected artworks will be displayed in the exhibition.
-
The selection list will be announced by the Trust.
8. Physical Artwork Requirements
-
Only selected artists will be required to send the original artwork.
-
The physical artwork must match the submitted digital image.
-
Packaging and shipping are the responsibility of the artist.
9. Artwork Size
-
Painting / Drawing / Digital Art: Maximum 5 ft × 4 ft
-
Graphics: Maximum 3 ft × 4 ft
-
Extremely small or oversized works may be rejected at the jury’s discretion.
10. Sale of Artwork
• In case of sale of an artwork during the exhibition, 20% of the sale amount shall be retained by the Trust towards artist support,
promotion of young artists and exhibition-related activities.
• The remaining 80% of the sale amount shall be paid to the concerned artist.
• The above arrangement is intended to support artists, encourage young artists and promote art through the activities of the Trust.
11. Transport & Insurance
-
The Trust will not be responsible for any damage during transportation or exhibition.

Artists are advised to insure their artworks independently.
12. Return Policy
-
Artworks must be collected within 15 days after the exhibition ends.
-
After 30 days, the Trust reserves the right to dispose of the artwork.
13. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if:
-
False information is provided
-
Artwork is not original
-
Rules are not followed
14. Usage Rights
-
The Trust reserves the right to use images of artworks for:
exhibition, promotion, catalogues, and media purposes. -
Proper credit will be given to the artist.
15. Special Condition
-
Artists previously awarded by the
Surendra Pal Joshi Kala Smriti Trust are not eligible to compete. -
They may participate for exhibition purposes only.

1. पात्रता (Eligibility)
-
प्रतिभागी की आयु 18 से 35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
-
भारत के सभी कलाकार तथा भारत में निवासरत विदेशी कलाकार भाग ले सकते हैं।
-
प्रतिभागियों द्वारा सही एवं पूर्ण जानकारी देना अनिवार्य होगा।
2. सबमिशन (Submission)
-
प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी अधिकतम 3 कलाकृतियाँ जमा कर सकता है।
-
फाइल फॉर्मेट: JPG / PNG (प्रत्येक फाइल अधिकतम 10 MB)।
-
हाई-रेजोल्यूशन (300 DPI अनुशंसित) इमेज अनिवार्य है।
-
फाइल नाम में निम्न विवरण शामिल होना चाहिए:

कलाकार का नाम, कलाकृति का शीर्षक, माध्यम, आकार, वर्ष

3. माध्यम (Medium / Categories)
-
Painting (चित्रकला)
-
Drawing (रेखांकन)
-
Graphics (ग्राफिक्स)
-
Digital Art (डिजिटल आर्ट)
4. मौलिकता (Originality)
-
सभी कलाकृतियाँ कलाकार की स्वयं की मौलिक रचना होनी चाहिए।
-
पूर्व में पुरस्कृत या कॉपी की गई कलाकृतियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
5. प्रवेश शुल्क (Entry Fee)
• ₹100/- प्रति ऑनलाइन प्रविष्टि (गैर-वापसी योग्य)।
• भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
• ₹100/- की राशि कलाकारों/युवा कलाकारों को सहयोग देने तथा कला को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से ली जा रही है। यह राशि किसी भी प्रकार का व्यावसायिक लाभ
अर्जित करने के उद्देश्य से नहीं ली जा रही है।
6. जूरी प्रणाली (Jury System)
-
चयन हेतु दो-स्तरीय जूरी प्रणाली लागू होगी:

प्रथम स्तर: चयन (Selection)
-
द्वितीय स्तर: पुरस्कार (Awards)
-

जूरी का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।
7. चयन एवं प्रदर्शनी (Selection & Display)
-
केवल चयनित कलाकृतियाँ ही प्रदर्शनी में प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी।
-
चयन सूची ट्रस्ट द्वारा घोषित की जाएगी।
8. भौतिक कलाकृति नियम (Physical Artwork Rules)
-
चयन के बाद ही कलाकार को मूल कलाकृति भेजनी होगी।
-
कलाकृति जमा की गई डिजिटल फोटो से मेल खानी चाहिए।
-
पैकिंग एवं शिपिंग की जिम्मेदारी कलाकार की होगी।
9. कलाकृति का आकार (Artwork Size)
-
पेंटिंग एवं ड्राइंग / डिजिटल आर्ट का अधिकतम आकार: 5 फीट × 4 फीट
-
ग्राफिक्स का अधिकतम आकार: 3 फीट × 4 फीट
-
अत्यधिक छोटे या बड़े आकार की कलाकृतियाँ जूरी के विवेकानुसार अस्वीकार की जा सकती हैं
10. कलाकृतियों की बिक्री (Sale of Artwork)
• प्रदर्शनी के दौरान किसी कलाकृति की बिक्री होने की स्थिति में, बिक्री राशि का 20% ट्रस्ट द्वारा कलाकारों के सहयोग, युवा कलाकारों को प्रोत्साहन तथा प्रदर्शनी से संबंधित
गतिविधियों के लिए रखा जाएगा।
• बिक्री राशि का शेष 80% संबंधित कलाकार को भुगतान किया जाएगा।
• उपरोक्त व्यवस्था का उद्देश्य कलाकारों को सहयोग देना, युवा कलाकारों को प्रोत्साहित करना तथा ट्रस्ट की गतिविधियों के माध्यम से कला को बढ़ावा देना है।
11. परिवहन एवं बीमा (Transport & Insurance)
-
परिवहन या प्रदर्शनी के दौरान किसी भी नुकसान के लिए ट्रस्ट जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
-
कलाकार अपनी कलाकृतियों का बीमा स्वयं करवा सकते हैं।
12. कृति वापसी (Return Policy)
• प्रदर्शनी समाप्ति के 15 दिनों के भीतर कलाकृतियाँ प्राप्त करनी होंगी।
• 30 दिनों के बाद ट्रस्ट को कलाकृति के निपटान का अधिकार होगा।
13. निरस्तीकरण (Disqualification)

निम्न स्थितियों में एंट्री निरस्त की जा सकती है:

गलत जानकारी देना
-
मौलिकता का अभाव
-
नियमों का पालन न करना
-
14. उपयोग अधिकार (Use of Artwork)
-
ट्रस्ट को कलाकृतियों के चित्रों का उपयोग प्रदर्शनी, प्रचार, कैटलॉग एवं मीडिया हेतु करने का अधिकार होगा।
-
कलाकार को उचित श्रेय दिया जाएगा।
15. विशेष शर्त (Special Condition)
-
सुरेन्द्र पाल जोशी कला स्मृति ट्रस्ट द्वारा पूर्व में पुरस्कृत कलाकार प्रतियोगिता में भाग नहीं ले सकते हैं।
-
वे केवल प्रदर्शनी हेतु भाग ले सकते हैं।
